We visited OM12 and OM13 on June 15, 2018.
OM12 is right off of Camelback Ln, right where it meets a road name "The Bowl"! This was a nicely shaded tot lot. There are 2 bouncy animals and a sandbox here. The plastic slide is about 4 1/2 feet high, and goes straight down. There are steps going up to the slide and a little tunnel area underneath. Across the path the baby swing and big kid swing share a beam. Once again the big kid swing was a bit high off the ground. (Confession: my kid is short, but even so, I think the swings are almost always pretty high off the ground!). There is one bench to sit on here.

We walked to OM13, which was about a 6 minute walk (turn right when the path forks). This was another small-ish tot lot. The plastic slide is about 5 feet high and goes straight down. There are two baby swings, but no big kid swings. There is also 1 bouncy animal. We spoke with a neighborhood mom who was there who told us that there used to be 2 bouncy animals, but a recent downed tree took out one of them. Hopefully it will get replaced! There was one bench to sit on. There is a small bridge right by this tot lot that goes over a little creek, the creek winds its way around the tot lot. Although it's not a big fall, it's worth noting. Our kids seems to enjoy standing near the creek and on the bridge throwing leaves and sticks into the water. But, one step too close and someone could definitely end up wet!
