RH4 & RH8

RH8  is right off of Empty Song Rd, where it meets Ripe Apple Way. It's a nice playground, but not very well shaded. The plastic slide is about 6 feet high. There's a ramp going up to it, which seemed a bit steep, but certainly walkable. There's a tunnel area underneath to run around. There were monkey bars, but they seemed quite high, definitely for older and taller kids. There are 2 bouncy animals. There are 2 benches, which are in the shade to sit on, right by the sandbox.
We walked to RH4 from here. It's not off the same path, but was only a 5 minute walk, all on sidewalks. This tot lot is in direct sunlight, so go on an overcast day :) There are 3 adult swings, and one baby swing here. The slide structure is almost identical to that of RH8 - plastic slide, 6 feet high, with a ramp up to the top. This tot lot had a balance beam, which had 3 different heights, but still low to the ground. There's a small tunnel for the kids to climb and crawl through. A nice sandbox, and 2 bouncy animals, which were a little high. Also, 2 benches to sit on. If you were to drive to RH4 it is off of River Run, between Empty Song Rd and Summer Sunrise Dr.
Both of these tot lots seemed to have newer structures.  Visited on 7/23/15.
